Terms of Service
The artist retains the right to refuse any commission.
The client must be 18 years or older at time of request in order to purchase a commission.
By purchasing a commission, you agree to these terms.

Payment
All prices are in USD. Payment will be conducted via PayPal invoice.
Payment for commissions quoted at $100 or less is required upfront. Commissions over $100 may be paid half upfront and the remainder upon completion. The final product will not be delivered until full payment has been recieved.
Unless offered by the artist or cancelled by the client before any payment has been recieved, the commission is non-refundable.
Please pay the invoice within two weeks (14 days) after it is recieved.
Process
Typical turnaround is 2 to 6 weeks, but delays may occur.
After initial payment is recieved, the client will recieve a sketch of the commission for approval, typically within the above timeframe. Please request any major revisions at this time, as significant changes will not be made after sketch approval. After the sketch is approved, the artist will continue with the piece until it is finished.
If needed, the artist may request additional feedback or clarification from the client during the process. Please do not bother the artist for updates unless it has been more than 1 month (30 days) since last correspondance.
After the piece is finished, the client will be shown a preview of the final image. Minor changes / revisions (colour correction, detail adjustments, etc.) may be requested at this time. After final approval, the client will recieve a high quality PNG of the finished piece.
Once the final piece has been delivered, no additional modifications will be made with the exception of a one-time transparency error correction on artwork with transparent backgrounds.
Usage
The artist retains the right to use any commissioned piece for self-promotion (e.g. streaming progress, posting to social media, advertizing commissions) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Typical art commissions are for personal, non-commercial usage only. If there are any questions about what is or is not allowed, please contact the artist.
Please include credit to either ther artist's alias (Salem Wasteland) or username (FelineWasteland) when sharing publically.
Examples of acceptable usage include but are not limited to:
- ✅ Posting the piece to social media
- ✅ Using the piece as an icon or banner on a social media profile
- ✅ Using the piece as a digital wallpaper
- ✅ Including the piece in a gallery of character art (e.g. personal websites, ToyHouse, Art Fight)
- ✅ Printing the piece for personal enjoyment
- ✅ Editing the piece for personal use (e.g. cropping, resizing, adding text or background, including in a collage)
Examples of unacceptable usage include but are not limited to:
- ❌ Using the piece or derivatives thereof to advertize a commercial product or service
- ❌ Including the piece or derivatives thereof in a commercial product (e.g. as a video game asset)
- ❌ Using the piece or derivatives thereof to add value to the sale of the depicted subject(s) (e.g. adoptables, character trading)
- ❌ Printing the piece or derivatives thereof on mass-produced and/or for-profit merchandise
- ❌ Using the piece for any purpose relating to generative AI
- ❌ Using the piece for any purpose relating to NFTs, blockchains, or cryptocurrency
- ❌ Misrepresenting the art or artist via significant modifcation, intentional replication, or misattribution of the commissioned piece
