Prices
Each model will feature a single character and be rendered with cell shading (or flat colours upon request).
Prices are for drawing and rigging the model only; I will not design characters from scratch. Adjustments to existing character designs can be made to suit the model, but please be prepared to provide reference images.

Base Price
"Model only" includes Live2D-ready PSD of the character model + PNG preview only, rig not included. "Model and Rig" includes PSD, PNG, and exported model files for use in Vtube Studio and similar softwares.

Animal ear rig includes expressive movement.
"Floaters" means small simple things floating around / behind the model, like bubbles or the false wings on the Salem example model.

* For Live2D models I will make an exception only if the model is based on your face and not a photo of somebody else, but I prefer to work from illustration references even for personas.
Terms of Service
The artist retains the right to refuse any commission.
The client must be 18 years or older at time of request in order to purchase a commission.
By purchasing a commission, you agree to these terms.

Payment
All prices are in USD. Payment will be conducted via PayPal invoice.
Payment for commissions quoted at $100 or less is required upfront. Commissions over $100 may be paid half upfront and the remainder upon completion. The final product will not be delivered until full payment has been recieved.
Unless offered by the artist or cancelled by the client before any payment has been recieved, the commission is non-refundable.
Please pay the invoice within two weeks (14 days) after it is recieved.
Process
Expected turnaround is 1 month (30 days) for model only and 3 months (90 days) for model & rig, but delays may occur. Due to my life circumstances, I cannot accept rush jobs or hard deadlines; thank you for understanding.
After initial payment is recieved, the client will recieve a sketch of the model for approval, typically within the above timeframe. Please request any major revisions at this time, as significant changes to the design will not be made after sketch approval. After the sketch is approved, the artist will continue with the model art until it is finished.
If needed, the artist may request additional feedback or clarification from the client during the process. Please do not bother the artist for updates unless it has been more than 1 month (30 days) since last correspondance.
After the model art is finished, the client will be shown a preview of the design. Minor changes / revisions (colour correction, detail adjustments, etc.) may be requested at this time.
For model only commissions, after final approval, the client will recieve a PNG export of the model and a PSD file ready for rigging. Once the files have been delivered, no additional modifications will be made with the exception of a one-time error correction.
For model & rig commissions, after the model design is approved, the rigging process will begin. Like before, the client may be contacted for feedback or clarification during this phase.
After rigging is complete, the client will be sent two previews of the model in motion, one rendered in Live2D and one with live tracking in Vtube Studio. Adjustments to the movement, physics, and idle animation may be requested at this time. After the rig is approved, the client will recieve the PNG preview, model PSD, and exported model, physics, and texture files. .cmo3 is not included.
No signficiant changes to the rig will be made after the final model has been delivered. After receiving the approved model, you may request up to three rounds of minor adjustments and error corrections.
Usage
The artist retains the right to use any commissioned piece for self-promotion (e.g. streaming progress, posting to social media, advertizing commissions) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Live2D Model commissions are approved for monetized streams and videos as well as personal, non-commercial usage. Usage on commercial merchandise is approved only if the rights are purchased for an additional fee of +100% the total cost. If there are any questions about what is or is not allowed, please contact the artist.
Resale and redistribution of the model are prohibted.
Please include credit to the artist's username (FelineWasteland) when using / sharing publically.
Examples of acceptable usage include but are not limited to:
- ✅ Using the model in livestreams or videos
- ✅ Posting images / videos of the model to social media
- ✅ Using the model in an icon or banner on a social media profile
- ✅ Including images / videos of the model in a gallery of character art (e.g. personal websites, ToyHouse, Art Fight)
- ✅ If 100% merchandise fee is purchased, including images of the model on for-profit merchandise
Examples of unacceptable usage include but are not limited to:
- ❌ Including the model or derivatives thereof in a commercial product (e.g. as a video game asset)
- ❌ Any resale or redistribution of the model or derivatives thereof
- ❌ Using the model as generative AI training data or using it to promote generative AI
- ❌ Minting the model on any form of blockchains or using it to promote NFTs, blockchain technology, or cryptocurrency
- ❌ Deliberately misrepresenting the art or artist via significant modifcation, intentional replication, or misattribution of the commissioned model
